I’ve tried about half a dozen nail salons in Roanoke and this one has had the best service I’ve ever received. Jessica did a beautiful job on my nails & actually took the time to ask what I wanted and checked in throughout the service to make sure I was happy. The hot stones during my pedi were a fanatical touch. I’ve never felt to pampered or respected as a client at ANY other nail salon. To top it all off the services were cheaper than any other place I’ve been to as well. Do yourself a favor and start going to Happy Feet.

The first time I came I got a pedicure. The lady did a great job and felt great after work. She was very funny and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The second time I came I didn’t see the first lady. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was a new lady. It wasn’t as good as the first time and I don’t think she changed her gloves. They looked old and discolored. This is very unsanitary. If I come back I will request the first lady that did it. She was great. I paid a lot of money for services and I expect people to be clean. When I paid she gave me a business card with her name on it, Hannah.

My pedicure was rushed through. Spent $45 and walked out very unhappy. 3 of my toes the polish was caked on and wouldn’t dry. My toe nails were cut uneven. Had to go home and redo my own feet. Wouldn’t recommend Pedicure

Let me start by saying I don’t do pedicures. Never seen the point. Got it once wasn’t impressed. Now being 37 weeks pregnant and wanting to do all the spa love to my body, a pedicure seemed like a good idea. I am BEYOND impressed with Happy Feet. They were attentive with offering me a pillow for my back and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. The price for the spa treatment is WORTH IT! Fair price for sure of $40 for removing calluses, calf/foot scrub, hot stone treatment, hydrating oil+lotion, massage, and color. The staff was so friendly and made sure nothing was too hot or uncomfortable. I will be coming back without a doubt pregnant or not for this type of royal treatment!

Critical: QualityWent in for a natural manicure @ 16:30 ended @ 16:38. That’s right, the whole process took 8 minutes. The moment when I saw the lady starting to hack saw my nails back and forth was when I KNEW it was gonna be a bad experience. She did the cuticles nicely! But everything else was BAAAD.Not only did I get a bad filing job but my nails got worse because she decided to buff my nails with a hard grit buffer which made scratches ALL OVER my nails and didn’t finish with a buffer polish because they didn’t have a soft buffer available? Lame. Needless to say won’t be going back and I’d advise avoiding this place for natural manicures until they can get a polish buffer off amazon for $7.Went in for a natural manicure @ 16:30 ended @ 16:38.
