Came by today during my lunch break needing a quick fix. Must’ve slept wrong and in need for some healing hands. Just an upper shoulder/neck session. I walk in and was greeted from the hallway. I requested a HH and was told to go visit the mall. “They have chair and men, you too big and strong.” I informed the greeter that I was ok to lay down on a table but just wanted to focus on my shoulders and neck. She then shrugged ♂️, hinting that her hands were either too small or weak. Reiterating her statement of going to the mall. I then expressed that I’d do an hour thinking she wanted to simply upsell from a 30 minutes (hh = $50) to a full 1 hour session (fh = $60). I’m cool with it, let’s upgrade. She then informs me it’s $10 more for more pressure. Bruh, what? Do you want the money or not? Worse 1st impression of a place called “HAPPY Feet”. I came to you. I could’ve googled elsewhere if I was at the mall.

I took my son with me to get a massage but the lady said she can do 1 thirty minute massage for 1 person only, she tried to explain why but it was very hard for her to communicate with us, she demanded the payment which was $50, I gave her my card and said she would charge me $62 because she wanted $10 tip and the other remaining $2 dollars just because. If you want oil in the massage is $15 more dollars. Obviously we left and never coming back. Total scam! Very rude lady by the way.

If I could give it 0 stars for the scam they have going on here now I would. This used to be my favorite place for a massage until they switched owners. They doubled their prices and the one tall lady that is there all the time will tell you she can only do 30 mins but the hour is only $10.00 more then says you have to pay extra for massage oil and $20.00 to her. She was not fooling me and I flat out refused. So then she says she will do 45 mins for the 30 min price if I tip her $20.00. What is so sad is I probably would have given her $20 but for her to try to scam it out of me is horrible and everyone needs to beware of the lies she tells to get more money out of customers. Bad bad bad for business!

The massage I had was okay, I have had way better. After the massage the lady demanded I give her more money for the tip although I felt the tip I was giving was what was put into my massage. I did the 90 minutes for $100 and gave her $10 afterwards and she demanded I give her $20 or $30….I will never come back here again.

I’ve been a customer for awhile and have always had a great experience except for tonight. Coco gave me a full body massage, she did an okay job. I’m not sure she knew what she was doing. She answered her phone in the middle of the massage and carried a conversation for a couple minutes. It was hard to communicate with her, she spoke very little English. She used Google Translate to communicate and through that app said she worked very hard and asked for a $20 tip. The massage was $50 and she asked for a $20 tip. I’m very disappointed and I will not be back. They’ve lost a loyal customer.

We visited this place a couple of times and it was good. But today, I went with my wife and this was our experience… today we needed a combo massage and they’re good doing their job, but, 2 of 3 ladies were very rude and making laugh of us, I don’t know why. All 3 didn’t know english very well and when they finished, we were going to give them $10 tip and they said, “that’s too little, you tip $30 with card”… I was so surprised my tip was a 30%… Again, it WAS good, not anymore… we will not go again.

I use to LOOOOVE this place, but the staff has veen changing so much lately, and i don’t think I can come here anymore. Every time I want a massage now, there’s no more availability, or if my preferred therapist is there, she doles me off to someone else. So yeah, I think I’m done.
