Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have never written a poor review about a massage place in my life. To begin with, I called and schedule a chair massage for two when I got there they only have one chair so one of us had to wait. If It was communicated before arriving I would have went elsewhere. I proceed to get a chair massage and the lady was okay at best. I have had better. The thing that irritated me was the $5 charge for using a debit card. I wouldn’t mind if you told me that before you wiped my card once again no communication. The icing on the cake is when you asked was I going to tip I told you no and you proceeded to ask me four more times with disgust in your tone. Tipping wasn’t an issue but I’m not going to tip for basic service. I left with the same pain I walked in with. I will never come here again never felt so flustered and annoyed after a massage. If you want to feel relaxed and calm after your massage avoid this place. I have never written a poor review about a massage place in my life. To begin with, I called and schedule a chair massage for two when I got there they only have one chair so one of us had to wait. If It was communicated before arriving I would have went elsewhere. I proceed to get a chair massage and the lady was okay at best. I have had better. I had wanted a chair massage but she said she’d make a deal with me for $10 more for a back and foot massage. I agreed and she wanted to be paid upfront, so fine. $45. It felt very rushed and they did not seem to care about where I had asked her to focus on. To add to the frustration, when I went to leave (having already paid) she stood infront of the door and demanded $60 cash plus tip! She had pretended I never paid until I pointed to the security camera and walked out when she looked away. I had wanted a chair massage but she said she’d make a deal with me for $10 more for a back and foot massage. I agreed and she wanted to be paid upfront, so fine. $45. The last 3 times I went, he was taking calls while giving me the massage and kept going to the door to address other customers. 3 strikes your out! Unprofessional and not a relaxing experience. Last time I went here was over a year ago. I used to go once every two weeks, tip well and even bring my friends as a treat. The last 3 times I went, he was taking calls while giving me the massage and kept going to the door to address other customers. 3 strikes your out! Unprofessional and not a relaxing experience.
