Critical: QualityI have went here to this same location for over 9 years off and on. I haven’t went here since COVID started but me and my husband went in to get a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. We were the only people in there besides the man at the front desk and woman in the back. Long story short the man at the front desk ended up doing my massage. We had an hour body massage and I literally have never had a worse massage. He had something sharp on his hand that was scratching me and kept hitting me in the head (it was impossible to relax at all.) When we had left my husband said that he was having the same problem, the lady kept hitting him uncomfortably in the head. We will not be going back until they get some more employees. It seemed like they might have been the owners giving the massages and they were not who typically does. I couldn’t wait for it to be over, so I wasn’t even mad at the 8-10mins they shorted us either. .I have went here to this same location for over 9 years off and on. I asked on the phone for a 1 hr foot massage at 7. They were going to make me wait when I got there for 20 minutes until he figured out I had an appt at 7. I told him a 1 hr. foot massage. Took me back to a private room, before I went in I asked if this is where I would get a 1-hour foot massage, he said yes. It was a one-hour body massage and they charged me the full 50. The massage gal was very good, but I shouldnt have been charged the full amount. Just make sure they know what you want, I tried.

A different experience than other massages that I’ve had….they soaked and washed my feet in a bucket of hot water…a little weird, but not in a bad way. A massage is always good, but not the most therapeutic results that you would get from a well trained masseuse

Worst place ever! If I could I would give it a zero! I went in to get a relaxing foot massage,and ended up being tortured. I ask for soft pressure and end up with bruises all over my arms. At the end the owner was still adamant about a tip…here’s my tip: go somewhere else!!!

I used to drive all the way to modesto to get massages. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. Very clean, hardworking. They made me feel comfortable, and safe. (Bcuz some places make you feel like your about to be the next star of the movie Taken lol). They massaged all the kinks out of my back and made sure to ask me if i was ok during the massage (bcuz im kind of petite). Felt great nd i HIGHLY recommend!!
