Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWhen we first walked in it was very dark and smelled like old food. We booked couple massages and were in separate rooms. The man who did my massage did not speak English, so I was confused about what I needed to do. After the lady came and told me what to do the man came in and started massaging me and breathing hard. He was massaging my back with his elbow and I had to tell to use his hands many times. There was trash on the floor and the room smelled and looked old. I could not get comfortable because the atmosphere was not like a spa. While he was massaging me super hard, all I could hear was noise from the place next door, the lady going to help a customer with a $50 gift certificate and music from China. The man didn’t know what he was doing because he was hurting me and felt like he was sweating. He spent 45 minutes on my back and 10 minutes on my legs. I have red spots on my back from him rubbing me so hard and I’m very sore. On top of all that he demanded a tip. He needs to go to school and learn how to properly do massages. My husband said he couldn’t get comfortable because of the atmosphere and the lady stopping to help customers and not washing her hands. We both felt dirty leaving there. This was the worst massage ever in the five years we’ve been getting massages together. We will not go to this place again. We have experienced many professional massages and this place is far from it. We paid $120 plus $10 tip.
