This is my go-to massage place in Folsom! My family and I have been coming here for years, we have our favorite masseuses we ask for every time. All their employees work very hard and make sure we are comfortable by asking our preferences before and during the massages. On my mom’s birthday, they made sure she could have her favorite masseuse and wished her a happy birthday, which we really appreciated. The pricing is very reasonable and I feel that the rooms are clean. I recommend trying this place out!

Love coming here, it’s pretty rare I get a poor massage. I usually do the foot reflexology appointments with my mom and she is a big fan of Sue and Mary. I prefer a more firm massage and often times I find the men do a really great job with that, most recently Mark was amazing and I will definitely be requesting him again in the future!

I’ve gone here every few years with my parents and it’s always a great experience. I recently went again with my partner and we had our own private room for the deep tissue massage. They were very thorough and mindful of how much pressure to apply. Highly recommend it!

Good place for a professional massage at a good price. I have unintentionally encountered a few other places where a different profession was their primary profit source, so I have come to appreciate HDS as a place for real massage at good prices. I recommend tipping well. I am sure the pay is below the value of the service.

Nice folks. Had couples massage. However, it was the most aggressive and enduring massages we’ve ever experienced. It was more painful than relaxing. Had to tell masseuses’ multiple times to lighten up. Incredibly rough. It felt like they grinded their way to the finish line. This is a discount “spa” and respectfully not returning.

I had a foot massage spent about $47 plus tip!. The facility is nice and soothing. They first started off with a head massage. Mary, was my massage’er OMG!! So ruff to where I couldn’t even enjoy it. I had to tell her to not be so hard with her hands. She just laughed, I don’t think she understood. Woke up next day in pain. My feet are ok. But my back, and legs and arms ache. I won’t be going here again.

the happy day spa is absolutely amazing. my family and I went there for foot massages and they give you wonderful massages for a very cheap price. It is very clean and the rooms are so quiet and relaxing, with nice chinese music playing quietly in the background as you get massaged. I highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and get their whole body massaged really well. My masseuse was frank, and I can not recommend him enough to anyone who wants a firm, yet not too harsh massage.
