The staff are polite, you don’t need an appointment, and the price for a massage is very reasonable. However, they speak very little English, so it can be difficult to ask for exactly what you like or don’t like (for example, I don’t like when they crawl on top of me to use their knees for a massage, or crack my bones!). You also can’t make an appointment with a specific person from what I can tell, you just get whoever is next in the back. And they definitely don’t have the same regard for modesty that a place like Massage Envy does (covered with a sheet at all times), which was OK up until a point, then it was too much. They also made me pre-pay for my massage this most recent visit (I guess they’ve had problems with people walking out on them? I’ve never had to pre-pay for a massage before).
