She is easy to talk to, extremely professional, and she works quickly which is a plus in my book when it comes to any kind of hair removal! The salon itself is adorable and I love how everything has a place. You can tell how much she takes pride in her business because of how clean and well kept everything is. April is the best and even though I’m cursing her out in my head during the more sensitive areas I keep coming back. She is easy to talk to, extremely professional, and she works quickly which is a plus in my book when it comes to any kind of hair removal! She used a “breathe in/breathe out” technique that really helped when the wax was removed.The waxing table had a covering that was changed between clients, as well as an ample sized disposable wipe. The lifesaver mint was a nice touch, too.The chair to sit in while my eyebrows were shaped was comfortable and had nice lighting.Shoes are not worn in the studio, slippers are provided. The room was clean, smelled good, and had space for me to hang up or set my belongings. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. She keeps her workplace clean and is so kind and personable! I know that she does do a variety of waxing services if you don’t do Brazilian waxes.
