Critical: ProfessionalismI have used this shop for numerous years, I must say I’m very disappointed with the service I recently received. I wore a mask into the shop, no-one in the shop had on a mask. when I was told I couldn’t get the cut I asked for, I removed the mask. then I was told I could put the mask back on if I wanted. then the barber went into overdrive. I was in the chair less than 3 minutes. my neck feels like it was chewed up with a chainsaw. I’m very disappointed. I used to bring my son here a long time ago and I brought my grandson in for a haircut. The shop was cool looking & my grandson loved it. The lady that cut his hair did a fantastic job. My grandson and his mom liked it very, very much!
