I came to get my nails done for the first time and I was pretty nervous because I heard many horror stories prior to this. However, I was recommended by a friend to come here and I was blown away by how amazing my experience was. Paul did my nails and he was very efficient, gentle, and precise with his work. I was done in about forty minutes and paid $45 for this set. The salon is super clean, spacious, and bright and another plus is that walk-ins are welcome. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend coming here!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. She had gotten a gel full set with an intricate design and raved about the salon.

Worst nail experience ever. I explicitly asked for dip and they proceeded to apply acrylics. When I questioned why and tried to say that’s not what I wanted the nail tech argued with me and refused to stop (he even tried pulling my previous dip off and I had to stop him saying it hurt). The owner came over and apologized but my nail tech didn’t speak to me the remainder of the time (not even to ask what shape I wanted) and messed up the shape. These are my natural nails so I’m very frustrated that the shape is ruined. I will not be returning. The image attached shows the different shapes on my two pointer fingers and the difference in color because they painted over old dip on some nails but not all.

This nail salon came highly recommended by a friend. It’s a little pricier than I am used to but totally worth it. Ken was EXCELLENT!!! I am an extremely picky individual when it comes to my nails, The removal was good, the nail shape was perfect, and the design was beyond my expectation. I would totally come back here again. They do have a loyalty program, unfortunately they only qualify you if you pay in cash. I paid a lot of money n I think that I should’ve been included into that loyalty program. Either way,Thank you Ken!

I have been coming here for a couple years now, ever since they changed owners. There prices have never been the same I came in today and for a fill a change of shape and design. They charged me 80$. I was blown away when she told me the price. Please make sure you ask for price before. I told her I need a brake down of my bill I was told 45 for fill and shape change, then the 35 for the design. No happy I want Tiffany back!!

This salon in great! The nail technicians are very creative and talented. But the prices are super high! Since new owners. I used to paid 75$ per set long nails and 55$ for short length. The price went from 75$ to 150$ that’s too much for nails!!! Nothing fancy just a regular nails!!! I have never in my life paid 150$ for nails. The price range are between 50$ to 90$

This guy did my nails and 1 broke the very next day and the other one was not straight. The mangers were supper nice and had me come in the same day my nail broke and fixed both nails. They were supper nice and very loving. Ken is my guy but unfortunately he was booked but he’s supper great with nails as well as Justin. Very welcoming place. I highly recommend people getting their nails done here☺️

First time here today. Made an appt yesterday, for me, my sister, and my 3 yr old daughter. Got there a few minutes late but they took us right away. They were busy but all 3 of us were finished in just over an hour. Priced as expected. But they earned a 5 star from me because of how they were with my daughter. They were so kind, patient and sweet. Several of the workers came by to say hello and made her feel so special. It was my baby’s first mani-pedi experience and she LOVED it!

Love this place…. So much Talent. If you have a idea they will go with it and are honest about it as well. Eric and Tiffany are my 2 favorite. Bit great customer service and they dont try to rush u out they take their time and are accurate everytime. And pricing isnt too bad it just depends on what you get done. I recommend anyone who wants fab nails this is the place to go

If I could give this nail salon a ZERO I would. This was probably the worst experience at a nail salon here in Fullerton. Very unprofessional, rude and give you one price over the phone and another once they start your nails. My friends and I called in advance to check for prices which they told us it was $33 for a medium length full set and $5 for a design. When I asked if they charged for matte finish the lady who answered said “no there’s no charge for that”. We continued to look around for places but decided on this place after we looked at the pictures of their work. So I called in and made an appointment. We came into the the salon for our appointment and immediately they sat us down (which was great). The guy nail tech assisted my friend and once he began to glue the nails on she noticed some were crooked and also noticed that he kept gluing them on then taking it off and back on again (which is fine if he is looking to position them correctly). My friend mentioned that the he was very friendly and didn’t get upset when she asked for a correction but the only thing she didnt like was that when he filed one of her nails, he filed them so short that one of them cracked and instead of taking it off he just glued it back on. She told him he should replace it because it would break and he said “no it’s fine”. Once he was finished putting the nails on and a lady, who we find out later that she was the manager (short brown haired with blonde highlights lady), came over to paint them. Here is where everything got bad. Long story short, they changed their prices soon as they began doing the job. When I told the manager that we had called in advance to check prices and that they gave us a different price and also told us matte finish was at no extra charge, she was super rude about it and said “well this is the price and I am the manager”. In other words, I took it as too bad get on with it. I told her as a manager you should take care of your customers and honor the prices given over the phone because that is the reason we came. She continued with attitude and saying that she would not lower the price for us and I told her that I understand that and that I am not asking for a lower price I’m asking to honor the price given prior if it so happens to be a price lower then what she is now saying then she should talk with her staff about giving correct prices. She did not want to honor the price. My friend mentioned she wasnt comfortable with the way they were coming out. So I told her that why would we pay for a job that my friend wasnt even liking and were crooked and to top it off are now changing prices and giving attitude. To make it clear I was not rude at all yet i recieved attitude. Once I told her that my friend didnt like the work she immediately said well then I’ll take it off (with some attitude once again, quickly grabbed the clippers and grabbed my friends hand). We agreed to have them take them off and take them off with acetone which they did.
