Extremely disappointed! The women was very unprofessional. I arrived to the location of my appointment and it’s at a model home at Bradley Point so I call her to see if I’m in the right place and she says that she forgot about my appointment and can’t do my hair because she has her son. She didn’t try to reschedule or anything. Do not do business with this person if you value your time. Thank goodness I can braid my own hair or else I would’ve been out of luck.
