I think my nail technician was Frank. I was happy with my acrylic nails. I had never gotten acrylic nails with added plastic tip and I was nervous for my first time. It went really well and Frank did a great job. They did not chip, it’s been almost 2 weeks.

A full set was completed a few weeks ago somewhere else, therefore I came here for a new set. Glad I did, too! Happiness Nails gives the best experience; there is no comparison! I was welcomed and seated right away. I received two water offers, each from a different staff. John served as my technician, and he took no shortcuts whatsoever. Always a busy nail salon. I go there often but when they start giving me sloppy work on my nails I stop going for a while. When they do a good job I am excited to go back and get my nails done by them. I was there yesterday and I got acrylic with powder on my natural nails and to be honest the guys did a sloppy job. I had excessive acrylic powder stuff on the back of my nails and the gel polish needed another coat. I did ask the guy to remove the acrylic behind my nails and to add another coat of the nude nail gel polish. But he must have been in a rush because I left the nail salon with sloppy looking nails.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly, and they welcome you right away. Lucy took care of me and was kind after I had a poor experience somewhere else and my nails were severely damaged as a result. It’s a touch expensive, but the quality and care make it worthwhile. Will most certainly return!

I’m sad to say they lost a customer. I got my fill done by crystal yesterday. I came back in today to see if they could fix them because they are clearly not the way they are suppose to look, just for her to tell me it was normal and they are suppose to look like that ♀️. Never will I be going back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially for the price I paid.

Went in not even a week ago with my daughter and my nails already broke. The 3rd day I woke up with my index nail broken. How the heck does a nail break at night??? Then two more the next day. The lady did them so thin. I ended up having to cut the rest of them down to my natural nail size to avoid the rest breaking at inconvenient times. We went in wanting to get mommy/daughter mani pedis. They ended up redoing my daughters nails twice because their gels sucked and the lady doing hers was too nervous and cut my daughters cuticles with the drill! They split us up instead of waiting for my full set to be done like I had requested. Her nails chipped the next day. It was closing time by the time they decided to do my pedi. I declined because I didn’t want to be rushed. I didn’t even get to enjoy my pedi because it took all but 10 mins. Over $50 FOR 10 MINUTES! When it came time to pay, the lady up front was overcharging me and didn’t know what the heck I was trying to say so I just got frustrated and agreed to pay it so we could leave. I asked if they did cash back and she said yes at the ATM. I said no do you guys personally do cash back because the ATM is going to charge me. She said “no, no charge.” I got home and it charged me over $9 to take money out. They told me it was a 20% discount for my daughter’s services (that they did not apply) because she was under a certain age. Then they charged me for “long nails”. MY NAILS WERE MEDIUM SIZED. She cut more than HALF of the tip off. Just ridiculous. Never going there again. I’m sticking to TT Nails. Almost $200 for literally nothing.
