Wanted french tip.. got what I wanted but it was messy.. left acrylic globs on the bottom of my nails, and one one the side of the thumb.. kind of unimpressed. Nail tech looked tired and kept moving to stretch his back, I felt bad for him.. but I’m still a paying customer and I just wanted a simple french tip. Still tipped him but I most likely won’t come back.. maybe I’ll give it another try in the future. But I work hard for my money and this was the first time I had done something nice for myself in a long time and I’m just really disappointed

Critical: Quality, ValueThey were busy The lady was real fast. She trimmed the cuticle, did the calluses real fast and put the scrub on and rinsed it off. Then another lady comes over to paint them and said you’re done. I didn’t get lotion or massage it was about total 15 20 minutes that they spent on me. . It cost 40.00 dollars I said forty dollars for that, She was rude. Said something I didn’t understand and walked off. I don’t recommend!! They were busy The lady was real fast. She trimmed the cuticle, did the calluses real fast and put the scrub on and rinsed it off. Then another lady comes over to paint them and said you’re done. Critical: Professionalism, ValueFirst time going there and my nail tech was Tina. She was great. She did such a great job with my pedicure. I got the the deluxe pedicure package and gel pedicure. I tipped Tina $20 for doing such a great job. When it came for time to pay at the counter, the owner (I’m assuming she’s the owner. Didn’t get her name) demanded that I pay in cash and not my debit card. I was confused because they also accept card payments and I only had the $20 in cash that I tipped Tina. I told the lady at the counter that I didn’t have cash and I’m to pay with my card. She proceeds to be rude to me and explained that Tina is a contracted and I can’t pay in cash. I don’t work in the nail business, I have no idea what that even means and I didn’t know that Tina the contracted nail tech was going to be my nail lady when I walked into the nail salon. I mean, this was my first time at this nail salon. After standing there awkwardly at the counter staring at each other, she finally said that this time she will let me pay with my debit card but next time I have to bring cash if I get Tina. I am not one to write reviews or complain of service, however I recently got gel polish on my finger nails on Saturday July 3rd. I did not do any strenuous work that would have caused my nails to peel off after 4-5 days of just getting them done. On top of that, I am pretty sure they charged me for a tip with my total. I should have said something but I did not and that was my fault but if they’re going to charge so much and expect a tip then I expect my nails to last longer than 4 days. Ridiculous. I normally only go and get a pedicure but thought I would splurge and get my nails done too. I am really annoyed because they should have lasted a lot longer.
