I’ve been here a few times. The first few times, I enjoyed my experience. The last 2 times have not been great, I thin I have been hoping to have the better experience I had the first few times. My last one was in November, 2022. The lady didn’t let me soak my feet. When she finally did, after she did my cuticles and stuff, the water was freezing. But I know she ran cold water because I felt it when she went to get my polish. When I told her it was cold, she ran warm water for literally a few seconds. I told her it was still cold 3 times after that, and I just gave up. I felt really rushed, and they really didn’t seem too busy, as I like to go very early in the morning. I feel like they can probably do better about customer service, since most of go there with the intention on relaxing while having our feet/ nails done.

I gave this place 6 chances, the females are great but the guys sitting in table 1 and 2 are the worst. They are rough and careless. They don’t care that you’re in pain! I kept coming back because I thought it was just that one time but this last time did it for me. I had the stop the man in table 2 because he kept hurting me, he did not use scissors to cut the fake nail and would just file with the machine causing my nail to get hot and bounce off multiple times til I finally got up and asked for a new person. This picture describes how much they file your natural nail. This fake nail is attached to my nail and I can’t remove it because there is no more nail, it’s all skin! I hate this place never coming here again.

Normally I go here for pedicures and they’re decent. It’s a hit and miss with them really. But today I came to get a pedicure and they are pretty fast about starting but I waited for 50 minutes and no one came over, and no one apologized for the wait even when I told them I couldn’t get one because I ran out of time. So basically I got a water soak for free. So don’t come here after 4 and if you really want a pedicure.

The only good experience I’ve had was the massage chair and the gel polish. Wait time is ridiculously long, and the pedicures feel so rushed which I get since they get busy but they made me feel unwelcomed. Majority of the time the male employees look unhappy & make it hard to enjoy my time there.

I was going to John for quite some time. I was happy with the job he did, but he wasn’t very pleasant or accommodating, but the nails were very secure and the nails never chipped. I had noticed a young man in the shop that was so nice, i would consider changing to him, but I liked John’s work so much. When John left, I started going to the nice guy. He really is nice and I felt very comfortable telling him what I wanted. I’ve been to him 3x each time lots of chipping. I live in Hanford and especially with the price of gas, it just doesn’t feel worth it to drive 30 miles. This last time every nail was chipping/peeling and it was the 2nd day, after my service. They were unsightly, but my schedule did not permit the time to take the trip. He was off the day I went in, but they provided someone else. I was informed they would only fix 2 nails. I explained everything to the main guy, he’s the one that answers the phone and greets. He basically called me a liar and I waited to get a free service. I’ve been a customer a long time, this was the first time I’ve come in to complain. Why would I suddenly come in for free service. I tip well. I even gave $5 to the gal that fixed the 2 nails, which by the way..chipped also.
