The nails I got were fairly nice but the lady at desk #5 who did my nails yesterday needs a better attitude and to not be so rough. There was a point I wanted to get up and leave without paying, much less tip her. My experience was moderately painful and the way the lady roughly jerked my fingers and threw them down as if she were mad at me was nothing short of infuriating. Chances are slim I will ever go back there again.

If I could give then zero stars I would….. my nails this time turned out HORRIBLE!!!!….. bless the guy who attempted but omg, I sat in the chair what felt like forever and my nails are UGLY!!….tried explaining and didn’t realize until he was done. I’ve gotten my nails done here twice with the same person and I did like them, which is why I’m giving 3 stars, otherwise I would give them less. I got an eyelash lift with sandy and honestly, she didn’t do a good job at all. I don’t know how good she is with eyelash extensions, but the lift wasn’t done well. First of all, she wasn’t the most friendly, and she curled my bottom lashes up as well, which ended up braking off. My top lashes looked good at first, but then I noticed that they were literally bent and they looked burnt. I’ll attach pictures. I definitely won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend getting lashes done here.

If I could give this place a negative 1 000 I would. They told me the wait would be 20 mins. They immediately put me in a pedi chair. I sat there for an 1hr. Lady starts at 10:29a 10 mins later im done. She scrubbed each foot for 10 secs. Threw some watery lotion on my legs. Thee absolute worst. And for 23 dollars. Never again. Please do not patronize this business

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI only went 2 times. The first time was for a nail set and they cut the top of both my ring finger and middle, over charged, and was extremely rude with not only me but the lady next to me.With my pedicure, I asked them which one had hot rocks and I paid for that one, I didn’t get any hot rocks and then at the end after the hot towel they gave my friend the lotion and skipped over me when I was suppose to get it too.
