Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a polish change with design and a nail fix. The design I chose was simple. Was all black nails with lettering on 6 nails. When the lady told me I was done I noticed that my nails were uneven and extremely sticky. When I asked her to fix them she just tried to use alcohol which still didn’t work so I asked to just redo the clear coat. At which time her husband stood up smacked his hand the table and screamed at me telling me I was ungrateful. Even though I just paid $65. Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I went in for a polish change with design and a nail fix. The design I chose was simple. Was all black nails with lettering on 6 nails. When the lady told me I was done I noticed that my nails were uneven and extremely sticky. I absolutely loved getting my nails done here! They were such wonderful, nice people and did an amazing job with my nails. I’m diabetic and most places tear my fingers up with the pressure from the drill but, not them. They have such a deft touch that it felt fantastic and didn’t bother me at all. I chose one of the color changing nail polishes and adore it completely, so go check them out!

I called and booked at 6pm appt. We was seated fast, and begin working on my nails. No cutical where took off, the nail in not close to the Cuticles. I got a Mani, Padi and was charged $150.00 Was not worth my money. I asked for certain things. And was told I charge more to paint white, I can’t do that, I ain’t doing this. Never again will I go here. I also have 2 nails that is not the same and I stated several times to fix them and didn’t.

Called ask if you needed an appointment for Brows, man who answered said no just for nails. Daughter & I went they had us sign and take a seat. We waited 42 minutes, after they done did three people nails they asked what we wanted done I said her eye brows. The women than said well these two that just walked in have an appointment we can’t get her brows done till five come back than! 42 Minutes we waited just to be told that! How unprofessional is that. Zero customer service skills! Thankfully we went to the bouquet hair girl, they got my daughter right in we were there maybe 5 whole minutes and 10 dollars cheaper! We will never attempt to give our business to this nail place AGAIN!!!! Also add the pro pan heater is a fire hazard watch your step as you can be burnt very easily!

I do not recommend this nail salon. They were not overly friendly or professional. My cuticles were not touched and my nails were poorly filed. A powder gel manicure takes 60-90 minutes, when done well. I was rushed through in 30 minutes. Top coat was gel polish slapped on top. To remove polish, I was very uncomfortably soaked in large containers of polish remover; which I felt was also very unsanitary. It disheartens me to leave bad reviews. Normally I just don’t say anything, but really just wanted others to know what to expect if they go to this salon. Also, maybe some improvements will come from the feedback.

After being treated like garbage at norton nails, I gave happiness nails a shot… far more impressed with the work of this salon!! Thank you for getting me in so quickly and making my nails look more beautiful than they did when I came to you. Norton nails had my hands looking like I had man hands. My nails are beautiful! I love them!! Phone will not let me add a picture otherwise u definitely would!

Took my little sister to get her nails done for school play. Tech switched the nail color without consulting either of us and did not find out til after. So after poor service for overpriced nails I have a crying teenager.. Will absolutely never go back! Acrylic nails
