Unhappiness Nails has unhappy work unvironment. I don’t believe they want the business. I had to return after brow and lip wax upon noticing unfinished work. Then after tweezing brows I had to show where more contour was needed. I was patient, kind and understanding that maybe she needed to gain experience. I asked about a Mani which was only $17 so I took it but they did not like to have to do my nails after cleaning up my wax job. They kept speaking to each other in thier foreign tongue and it was quite obvious that they were offended by me noticing the unfinished work.

Rude people bad customer service! I walked in asked for a Mani-Pedi the lady wasn’t friendly she just said Oh you want mami-pedi then turn to one of her coworkers spoke in Vietnamese then sat down and never came back with an answer if she would be to take my appointment.
