Came in for my engagement photo nail set and Jennifer assisted me .She is very friendly and super attentive to detail.I was so happy how my nails turned out i had to come back to her for my wedding nail set.i came in both times with a picture of what I wanted BUT she totally made them way better I totally trust her professionalism.I love the detail and time she puts in to her work!!100% recommending if you come to Happiness Nails look for *Jennifer!!! The worst experience in a salon I’ve ever had. I paid $42 for a dip manicure, she did not even cut the cuticles or anything. She kept pushing me to do upgrades and I had a broken nail (natural) so she told me it would not be pretty since my other nails were a bit longer. I said no thank you as I didn’t want an extension, she was visibly upset. She then tried to use a UV gel dryer on the dip and I politely asked her not to use it. She got mad and said it was for me and to save time, but I was getting a pedicure at the same time. After she started to speak to the girl next to her and it was obvious by her body language she was speaking Badly about me and laughing because the young man doing my pedicure looked up at me every time she laughed and then at her. She then took to me a station with a fan and left me there with bumpy nails and a dull color because she put close to 6 layers of dip. She left me there for over ten minutes. My hands were filthy with powder and residue. She did not finish the manicure and instead sent the young man to slap on some cuticle oil on my fingers. I complained when I paid to another woman, but she didn’t do anything. She refused to tell me who the manager was. So unprofessional. I will never go again and will tell my family members to not go as they were the ones to recommend it.

I had the worst experience ever! I took my mother with me, and the lady who was giving my mother a pedicure made a comment which led Michelle, who was doing my dip-powder manicure make an unnecessary suggestion on her behalf. I thanked her for her rude unsolicited advice. Michell was upset. When it came to dusting off the powder from nails, she slapped my wrist instead of tapping or flickering my finger, as most nail techs do. I told her it hurt, and then she rolled her eyes and tapped my finger, engraving her nail onto my finger. I told her it hurt, and she rudely apologized. In addition, I was shown gel-color examples instead of the dip powder examples, which led to having two different layers: one powder and another gel, to match the color I asked for initially. If I could give no stars I would…. went in was not busy at all told them I wanted gel on my nails only and regular polish on my toes. They kept trying to sell me more expensive services. I politely declined and they started to have attitude with me my entire time. Lady kept pulling my fingers and arm… tapping my hand hard to tell me to relax. I was also told that to scrub my feet it would be an extra 10$.. but every time before I had gotten the same thing it was included. Never going to return to this nail shop again. Horrible customer service !
