Critical: ProfessionalismI been coming here for years always same person. Today she disappointed in more than one way. I asked her for a certain nail design she said no I don’t do 3D, okay I understand. Then she cuts my nails and once she add acrylic I notice it’s to short and ask her if we can change that. After all we were only 2 nails in, she said no. I don’t understand why not. I was willing to pay just wanted my nails to my liking. Then she starts rambling of course in her language about my nails. I caught on really quick cause she kept saying short this and that. I’m not stupid. Mind you the salon had a good amount of other clients. Super uncomfortable, then when doing my nail polish she did it so carelessly. Color consistency was a hot mess and I asked her to fix it and again attitude. I was never rude to her but she made me feel like a child. I made it very clear at time of payment how uncomfortable and horrible my experience was and Trish did not seem to care. I do not plan to return to a place that rather lose a client of 10+ years instead of stepping up and asking tech to not talk smack of clients while they are still there.Service: Acrylic nailsI been coming here for years always same person. I been coming here for years always same person. Today she disappointed in more than one way. I asked her for a certain nail design she said no I don’t do 3D, okay I understand. Then she cuts my nails and once she add acrylic I notice it’s to short and ask her if we can change that. After all we were only 2 nails in, she said no. I don’t understand why not. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueRose is the best. I make sure to ask for her when I need my nails done. She’s been there for years and I have no complaints about the service she provides. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails so trust me when I tell you if you want your nails to get done the right way Rose is the person you want.
