Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey we’re very unprofessional and poor service. T hey said I PEELED my polish the NEXT day and also said I didn’t hold my hand right under the dryer. I don’t care for the uninterested female owner. Tiv or “T-gizzy” worked me in on time! He was a perfectionist and did an awesome job and very funny! HE gets the five stars!!! Ask him to do his British accent As for his manager/owner I wouldn’t give her spit if she was on fire. Her life is way more important than her clients and I didn’t miss her eyeroll when asking about the wait. She said there wasn’t a wait and I spent 2hours there

I went to get a pedicure today. I sat with my feet in the water and waited over two hours before someone finally came over. And when the lady did come over she started telling why it took so long to get to me. When I got the business it was not busy. I sat and watched as employees sat around doing nothing while messing with there phones. As a business the owner is responsible to make sure they have the employees to make the business run smoothly. If they had told me when I got there that it would be a long wait….I would have come back later. This is not the first time it has happened. I will not be going back.

The owners daughter is running her business into the ground! She was talking so much trash about her mom and her moms boyfriend and was texting on her phone THE WHOLE TIME. I will never be back. I don’t even want to drive past it, that’s how bad it was. The owner would fire her daughter if she knew how that young lady spoke about her when she was not in the room.

A friend and I went yesterday to get our feet done an they had kids not knowing what they are doing. Messed Up Our Polish , Didn’t even do a great Job. I didn’t even get hot towel Because it wasn’t anymore. And still had to pay $40 When my feet like no different from when I come in.. I won’t be coming back.

Both of them wanted acrylic nails with gel polish, and one with a butterfly design. They were able to accommodate this, but before we even got home, one of the butterflies began to come off of my daughter’s nail. My other daughter’s gel polish looked messy and began to peel and crack the next day. I debated going back and asking for them to correct or refund; I decided I would rather share my experience and go elsewhere. I never write reviews and certainly hate to leave a bad one, but for the price we paid for these services, the work was just terrible. I took my two daughters here to get their nails done. We are new to the area and decided to give this place a try. Both of them wanted acrylic nails with gel polish, and one with a butterfly design.
