I purchased a front lace wig and the part split. I had the wig a week. I paid $50 for this wig, so of coarse I took it back to exchange it. The owner of coarse wouldn’t exchange it or refund me. So, I was like give me the manufacturer number and information; so I can return it. So, I called the manufacturer and they are exchanging my wig. Thanks Kevin

I don’t know if normal to have to pay for trying on a wig before you buy and if it is then ignore this post! I was looking at a 90$ wig and lady wanted me to pay for trying on? Better saleing point would be “and if you buy it’s no charge” I can see why charging will keep down on people playing dress up but we were a 66 year old and a 45 year old and really wanted to find a wig. Oh well, onward and upward.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star.. (but you know how that is..) The costumer service is crappy. Like. why put up a sign that says something is for less, but when you get to the register.. They overcharge you. Also they wanna be petty/messy with that “Y’all have a blessed day” knowing that y’all we’re just acting funny with you at the register. But all in all. I will not be stopping there anymore.
