Called for a Friday appointment on Tuesday. Arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and was refused service because they said they had no room and only 3 names down.. the lady made me go through my pre Thanksgiving call log just to prove I had called . Two of my nails broke off by 1 in the afternoon the same day. The nail salon that I went to refused to get me in that day to fix my nails even after me offering to pay full price. They said that they do not take daytime appointments… not sure when they’ll get those appointments in…LOL. But I called Hanna’s in a frantic as I leave for Arizona later this evening. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Amber was so amazing. I had gone to get my nails done at another place this morning. Two of my nails broke off by 1 in the afternoon the same day. The nail salon that I went to refused to get me in that day to fix my nails even after me offering to pay full price. Critical: Quality, ValueI got a gel manicure and within one day my nails were already chipped. Then when I went to go and get them removed, they charged me $10, my nails aren’t even there’s still old gel polish on the sides.Update: my apologies for not being aware of the type of nail polish I paid for. Regardless of that, I went back the next day because my nails were already chipped. & because my of job? I didn’t work from the day I got them done from the day I got them removed. So before you comment correcting what kind of nail polish I had on my nails. Don’t tell me how I CHIPPED MY NAILS and worry about doing a better job for your other customers. Not too mention, the horrible service I received when I left with my nails looking the way they did after they were removed. IN FACT, I had got my nails done APRIL 12, RETURNED with a chipped nail with in 24 hours, and my nails were chipped and broken before this photo was taken on APRIL 20th at 4:45pm. So, in fact!! It is your quality honey. I had to return within 24 hours the first time because the top coat was poor, and my nail was already chipped?
