I highly recommend Hanna’s hair salon and this salon deserves 5 stars! Thank you so much for saving my hair! I had a hair emergency today. I had u tip extensions installed last night at home and my scalp/hair hurts and it was uncomfortable. I called to ask if she can help me and told her what happened. She told me to not worry and come to the salon. I forgot to ask her for her name but I should have. The customer service is beyond incredible and she comforted me when I was feeling so bad about my hair and she is very professional and calm. I left feeling so happy and relieved. I will go to this salon from now on, it was my first time coming in today but I had a really good experience and am a loyal customer from now on. I will also recommend this salon to my friends. I highly recommend Hanna’s hair salon.

Whatever you do, DO NOT come here for Japanese hair straightening. I have received four hair straightening treatments from her, and two of the four have left me with broken hair close to my scalp. The first time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, used the serum she gave me to promote hair growth, and my hair did eventually grow back. We talked about adjusting the treatment so this would not happen again. After this time, I am left with an embarrassing bald spot right on the crown of my head! Her coloring and haircuts are good, but I am switching hair stylists because this is unacceptable. Do not recommend!

Did not do what I asked at all. My hair faded a dark grey green color after a week. I asked for highlights. Thats all!! Bleached my whole head when I said not too! Then started working on someone else. 400$ later! DO NOT COME HERE!!
