The pedicure was nice and I thought my no chip manicure was nice too until it started chipping only a week after getting it done. I’ve had no chip manicures other places that lasted a lot longer than there’s. I’m very disappointed won’t be going back.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I called a few days ahead to see if there was space to book two manis and two pedis for me, my wife, and two of our friends on Christmas Eve afternoon. when we arrived the man who greeted us was kind of gruff and confused, kept moving my friend and I to different pedi chairs, and had us wait over 20 minutes despite me calling ahead. That was a bummer because then my wife and other friend who got manis had to wait around for us.

Drying station is circular and in the corner and no distance from other clients. Person doing my nails was new and just learning and didn’t know how to cut cuticles. Was standing outside smoking as I came in. Sorry but I’m 70 and remember the days when these type of mail shops didn’t exist. I used to go to Julia’s on the 9th floor in Water Tower in 1981 all European in white clean jackets, no smell of food or dishes in the bathroom, no loud TV or music. No drills to ruin your nails. Tried this place a couple times & just have not had a great experience – my acrylic nails often had bubbles, were unevenly shaped and would break off after only 1 week. The pedicures were overall good, except I asked for a deluxe pedicure & they put my feet in a bag of hot liquid that was searing hot & super unpleasant. Would recommend getting your nails done somewhere else in la grange.

I had an awful experience at this nail salon. My manicure was not done professionally and the finish product did not look professional at all but as if I did it myself. The technician was unfriendly, no smile or any positive non verbal communication to me. She did not speak english nor did any other staff member help. She did not seem to understand what I wanted and my nails were shaped not to my liking. She never cleaned up her station from her previous customer and now I question if the tools she used were cleaned. I don’t remember her starting with a clean package of tools. She seemed angry the whole time. I had to suggest that she collect my money after she already put a coat of polish on. My nails looked like the polish that was applied was runny in consistency with the end appearance of a swirled wavy finish rather than a shiney firm look. It was probably a poor product. Do not go here you will be disappointed. I have been to other salons in the area that are more professional, like Magic Nails.

Not the cleanliness I expect from a nail salon. Also, technician did not ask preferences and chopped all my nails to the skin line. She started so quickly and I was unable to communicate her. The no chip was so thick it mad my nails look deformed. There was an elderly technician there and she did a nice job on my moms nails.

my experience at this nail salon was atrocious to say the least. While I am giving it a zero star rating i am impressed on what they got accomplished during my mani/pedi. They managed to finish my pedi within 5 minutes and while lazy work was being done i got burned. I am not sure what she was trying to do but i was obviously in pain and she only did it to my big toe. I feel it had no purpose and was just to hurt me. how rude right! Anyways she also got frustrated at one point and threw some of her unsanitary tools into my cold water… not a pleasant experience. After that was done I walked over to the manicure table and as she checked her phone multiple times i wondered if I should just walk out now. well she quickly threw on a light coat and walked me over to the drying table she then proceeded to smudge my color all over my hands. I am extremely upset with their service. Not worth a penny.

I am from the north side and was surprised at the prices. So reasonable. The service was just as good. All of the people were good. My nails look great. I spoke with a woman whose been going there for years and had only good things to say about it. I will be back.
