Great place. Very clean and professional. Courteous staff. They do a great cut consistently. I go for only one thing but looking into other services there to. Very spacious and clean environment. Parking is easy but may cost you at parking meters. Located between two garages so it’s convenient to walk or park in front of shop. Places to eat around also.

It’s been hit or miss for me, inconsistent staff. Nguyen is great. Some of the others, mediocre. Was just in there for my last haircut before moving out area, wanted a bit trimmed on the top. New gal did a poor taper on the sides, completely butchered the top, which I requested she just trim a bit to clean it up. I should’ve been worried when Hannah was coaching her from across the room at the start of the haircut, and walked out, but just wanted to get it done so I wouldn’t have to worry about haircut for a few weeks. Now I gotta worry about how to fix this bad trim and let it grow out so whoever cuts my hair next has something to work with after I explain this is not how it should look. Hanna does a great job, and some of the other people as well, but you have to find a good stylist to work with and then just be sure to make an appt with them.

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad haircut. Everyone who works there is great especially Hannah (the owner). When I was in college in a different state, I would wait until I was back in Bethesda to get my haircut because everyone here is amazing. 10/10 would recommend. They prefer cash tips so if you plan on paying with a card I would recommend bringing some cash for the tip.
