Kathy and Julie are who i typically go to. Both so sweet and friendly. This manicure is two weeks old and I’m extremely rough with my hands. Still perfect condition. I’ve just scratched it up a bit but still hasn’t chipped.

Using my husbands account for this… very rude salon. Their work is usually pretty good and pretty fast, but I don’t know if I’ll be back after yesterday. Came in for a walk in and the lady at the desk was so rude, “you don’t have an appointment so you’re gonna wait.” Yeah ok? That’s fine? The woman doing my nails did not speak a word to me and burnt me a few times. Barely says thank you when you tip her. If you don’t have a basic simple manicure you can see how annoyed they get with you. God forbid you want a design or two colors.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe owners daughter did my nails. She was nice enough and we chit chatted throughout the appointment. I’m not the type of person to nit pick so I paid for the manicure/pedicure and tipped her 20 dollars. I just got home and realized she had painted over my actual fingers. The nail polish is literally peeling off my fingers and consequently peeling off my nails. I called to tell them about the issue and they’re answer is to come back and get them redone. I’m a mother of a small child. I have limited time. I offered to send then a picture / video because I do want the money back for my manicure. The man on the phone just kept telling me to come in so he can see it and fix it. The owners daughter did my nails. She was nice enough and we chit chatted throughout the appointment. I’m not the type of person to nit pick so I paid for the manicure/pedicure and tipped her 20 dollars. I just got home and realized she had painted over my actual fingers. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI recently went to Hannah’s nails 2 to get my nails done. They were busy so they sent me to their other store Hannah’s nails 1. My nails didn’t turn out the best so I went back to Hannah’s nails 2. I explained what happened and wanted to see if I could get my nails fixed. I was able to sit right down and they took care of it immediately. They were very nice and professional. My nails look great now that they got fixed. I recently went to Hannah’s nails 2 to get my nails done. They were busy so they sent me to their other store Hannah’s nails 1. My nails didn’t turn out the best so I went back to Hannah’s nails 2. I explained what happened and wanted to see if I could get my nails fixed. I was able to sit right down and they took care of it immediately. They were very nice and professional. My nails look great now that they got fixed. I would definitely recommend either store they go above and beyond for their customers.

The nail tech I had today her name is Kim she was so sweet and she did an amazing job on shaping my nails the way i wanted it and the guy I dont know his name but he did my French ombre and also did an amazing job! I recommend them both!

One of the worst experiences at a nail salon I have ever had. Michael was rough and burned me several times with the grinder. My nails were rough and jagged on the edges and looked as if I slept on my fresh manicure. The SNS was so thin you could almost see through it. And to top it all off, the very next day one nail chipped. When I returned to have it repaired, Michael basically told me I should have requested another coat for stronger nails. Another employee repair my broken nail and stripped my nails of all the color. Since I wasn’t real happy with that color I choose (was supposed to be light mauve, not electric pink) I asked if, since she was taking all the color off, could I change the color. Thought I don’t speak the language, I could tell Michael emphatically refused to let me change the color, arguing with the girl doing my nails. Even after completely re-doing my nails, they still have a rough texture on top. Maybe it’s because they dry with a fan not UV light. In any event I will never return nor will my daughter and I will make sure everyone knows there are much better choices.
