I called and asked if I could do a walk in. I told them exactly when I would be there. I walked in even before that and announced that I was the walk-in whom they said that they could take. Then I sat there for an hour while they took people in front of me. Finally after an hour I said that I had waited an hour after they confirmed on the phone and I person when I walked in that they could take me. I said I had to leave because I had to pick up my kids. I did not feel confident that a manager who made me wait an hour could do a pedicure quickly enough to get me out within the hour. I think it would help their team to have a better plan in place to manage walk-ins, take down the order in which people come, and to check back in with people sitting in their waiting area who have been sitting there for an hour. They told me that they thought that I was there waiting for someone else. That is not acceptable. I am a single parent, and one hour that I get without my kids to run errands or take care of myself is something that I don’t get that often. I hope they use this opportunity to improve their workflow. It was a real disappointment.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityUnprofessional!!! I just spend 2 1/2 hours getting a simple dip done, the lady who did my nails for the past two months wasn’t available, so I went with an other lady who was available thinking it should be okay! I regret it!!! It’s like it was her first time doing nails, very messy with the dip, she baked in my cuticles, the skin on my fingers, cut me several times, cut my natural nails to short and instead of filing them almond shape she filed them round and kept telling me that she will fix them, they were to short to be fixed , then she switched me to the lady who did my nails previously to fix them, she really tried I must say! When I told them that I wasn’t happy with my nails after spending 2 1/2 hours, she told me I should have called before I came in!?What does that have to do with her work….and she tried to put the blame on me !After I was FINALLY DONE I walked over to pay letting her know that I’m unhappy with my nails she told me not to pay and GRABBED my arm pushing me to the door!!! I friendly asked her not to push me ! The WORST Experience ever….I payed my bill and I will never go there again.Unprofessional!!! I just spend 2 1/2 hours getting a simple dip done, the lady who did my nails for the past two months wasn’t available, so I went with an other lady who was available thinking it should be okay! I regret it!!! I have been coming to Hannah and Sarah for over 6 years and so have my 4 daughters. They are the best and treat everyone like family! The salon is clean, friendly and professional. They are always able to accommodate my schedule and have even provided service for us outside of their regular hours. This is a family owned and operated business and they take much pride in the work they do!
