Hanley's Good Timin' Barbershop - San Marcos, TX 78666

This is a charming barbershop right down the street from the square. We walked in today to get a back-to-school trim for my daughter – she’s 6- and she felt very comfortable and enjoyed sitting up high on a special attachment they have to accommodate children. Derek Ortiz took time to listen to what we wanted and then we enjoyed a friendly chat while he worked. We’ll definitely be returning! Thank you, Derek!

This is easily one of the best experiences I have had in years at a Barbershop. Andy was simply amazing and gave me a perfect cut. The vibe of the shop is amazing with a chill atmosphere. Its not one of those over the top and arrogant shops, its just a friendly shop with an old school feel. If you walk in a bit thirsty they have you covered as well. Ill be back!!!!

Journeyed far and wide from across Central Texas and the continental US itself to find just a decent cut- but no one will treat your hair better than these fine gentlemen (even though I only have had Dallas cut my hair). Tried nearly every shop in San Marcos but only here do I leave beyond impressed every time without fail and ready to take some over confident photos to throw on my dating apps and LinkedIn. Nothing would keep me from giving my loyalty to this business unless God almighty himself takes San Marcos by a righteous flood. 10/10.

They are our friendly neighborhood barbershop. I came here one winter morning. I was kind of hoping to get some sort of haircut that will do for now. I did not expect anything like the best in the town. Besides I did not take this place as my first choice. I had to choose this place because there were no other barbershop that was open and no appointments were available at Great Clips. I was running late to a meeting as well but I was very much bothered with my current hair and I just needed a cut.
