I hired Hannah for my wedding. I was out of state for a long time but I made an 8 hour drive one way to Arkansas to do a trial HMU a few weeks before the wedding date. After doing the trial I ran errands and visited the wedding venue. I mainly did a lot of driving and was outside for a few times. After only a couple hours my hair began to loosen up and droop on one side. I had mentioned prior that I would need max frizz control and she said that she could do that. It did not take long for my hair to be very frizzing with lots of stray hairs poking out everywhere. My hair did not last the amount of time I would need for my wedding. I emailed with my concerns so that we could plan for the day of to not have the same issues. The email I got in return was here quitting, 2 weeks before my wedding. Most people know how hard it is to find someone with in 2 weeks. She basically said that what I wanted was not her style. Thankfully, I found an amazing HMUA that did the same hairdo with NO falling/ drooping for the entire night (4pm- 4 am) and very little frizz.
