I just moved here and have been struggling to find a good nail place. I was recommended the Hands&Heels Boutique by a friend for my engagement photo nails. I was not disappointed. I got a poly gel manicure with extensions and chrome. Andy was fantastic and I love both shaping and the custom color he created. He was also extremely quick. Usually my nails take over 2 hours and I was in and out in under 1.5. I will be a repeat customer!!

I was not pleased with my experience here. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes in a pedicure chair since there were no open tables. I thought the manicure looked good as is when I left, but was still surprised to have to pay $62 for dip when it says $52 online, but they don’t clarify that you get charged for the removal of previous dip. So ended up paying over $75 with tip included for a dip manicure that barely lasted a week. After a few days I noticed the top coat/sealant chipping away on all of the nails and it looks like plastic bubbles all over my nails. Very confused how this happens as I ever never seen it before after getting them done elsewhere. My dip manicures also typically last 4-5 weeks and look in pristine condition, whereas the photos are what they look like less than two weeks after my appt.

My first time here. My experience was good making the appointment, was on time did not have to wait, she took her time and my nails (got dip) looked fantastic. However the thumb chipped the very next day. Sad and disappointed. . I also want to add the surprise charge of $ 68, it says a different price online. Not happy overall my nails always last definitely 2 weeks but 1 day, I nail chipped and and well later they all look terrible. Most expensive nails and NOT worth it. So disappointed

I enjoyed the pedicure it was okay, what I am upset about is my pinky and ring finger being so cut up and both hands my cuticles were bleeding and raw for two days. As you can see in the picture there is blood in my nail polish that no offered to fix nor did they discount my service for messing up my nails and cutting me all up. I will not go again!

Their prices are incredibly fair for the quality of work that they do and they have so many options for you to choose from. They are not competent in doing nails, the owner Ethan called me and said it with his own words. I did a gel pedicure exactly 1 weeks ago and needed them to fix my nail because my big toe nail broke and the paint on my other toe was lifting. He said with his eyes he didn’t see anything wrong, obviously. The nail was broken underneath and the paint is peeling from the side so because of that he said he wouldn’t allow the technician to fix it. I asked to pay for another full pedicure service which he booked reluctantly for the next day but called me a couple of hours later to say they were not competent to do my nails. It’s very baffling to run a nail salon but not be able to help customers fix and paint their nails. This is the exactly skill they went to school and training for. It’s mind boggling. I felt like my time was wasted, my money was definitely wasted as I went to another salon on newbury to get them fixed and redone. It also does not stand behind their policy of 7 day guaranteed. I will not return and will not recommend.
