I have been going to Hands on Healing for over 2 years now. During this time, I have witnessed the honesty and transparency the owner has with her clients and employees. Leslie is also all about educating both her clients and her staff. She has made me feel comfortable since day one ensuring I understand the techniques and know my options. Her staff is highly trained and passionate about what they do. After trying different med spas throughout the area including throughout Austin, I don’t trust anyone else with my skin. I see Leslie, Taryn, and Rachel at Hands on Healing. Although everyone is great, those girls are seriously the best. All 3 of them have gone above and beyond to make sure I see results and feel more confident about my skin. It seems like they really care which says a lot. They have totally won me over!

Juny is amazing!! I fall asleep during my massage and I am relaxed and feel amazing after. I am going back to see her, she’s awesome. The place is clean, smells amazing and serene. Seriously, spend the money for an intimate process that you can tell the therapists enjoy doing! Hands on healing will forever have my business.

This spa is fabulous and affordable. Taryn is amazing and always provides top-notch service. I no longer go to other places for waxing. I’ve also received hypnosis, acupuncture and body wrap services here. Those experiences have also been great! I can’t wait for my next service!

I had an amazing experience today! I booked a 90 minute massage with Michael. He was very helpful and really helped my problem areas, especially around my herniated disc. It was by far the best massage that I have personally had to date. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well. I highly recommend this Spa!

I had a wonderful experience at this particular med spa. I’m in my late 30s and have spent years being unhappy with my thin lips that don’t fit my face. I booked my first ever lip filler with Leslie and things couldn’t have gone better. I received so much great information when I called to make the appointment. All documents and instructions for medical clearance were explained and emailed to me quickly. Receiving medical clearance from their affiliated physician was so unbelievably convenient and hassle free. He saw me via telemedicine and was friendly and knowledgeable. My actual injections went beautifully. Leslie is a a very skilled injector and really worked to help me achieve a balanced and natural look. The whole process was quick with minimal discomfort and was given great aftercare information. At the one week mark I was free of bruising and swelling and couldn’t be happier. I’ve spent my adult life being too insecure to smile because so much of my gum line was visible and now this isn’t the case. Results were natural and lovely. I am also booked to address some of my long standing Rosacea issues with laser treatments and can’t wait. Hands on Healing really does a lovely job and treats clients wonderfully. I had always been afraid to visit a med spa because I’m not “young” anymore and have a mom bod. The staff here makes you feel welcome and comfortable. So grateful to Leslie and staff for helping me smile more confidently.

I came here for 5 years for massages and recently canceled my membership. They can’t keep massage therapists staffed anymore and its impossible to book an appointment. On top of that I had numerous cancellations on me for those hard to book appointments. I get the sense they aren’t interested in providing massages anymore with lack of staff and jacking up the rate to $95. I felt pushed out as a long-term client. So sad, this place used to be really great.

We’ve gotten massages in many different places around the country, by many different therapists. After my third visit I can honestly say that the therapist quality at the top of our experience. I had a sports massge this past week shortly before a half marathon run this weekend, and it was a major factor in having me ready to go. Thank you Jordan! Great and friendly staff top to bottom.

If you want a calm and relaxing facial that clears up your skin, then Nancy is your girl. This spa was amazing, the sweet receptionist got me in for a same day appointment. I got the microdermabrasion facial, which is very reasonably priced. Nancy took the time to ask me about any skin concerns, she recommended a toner for me since I’ve gotten acne from wearing masks. She massaged my scalp, arms, temples, and feet!! I’ve never gotten a foot massage during a facial but again, Nancy is the best. Thank you for a great and relaxing experience. I’ll absolutely be back!
