I have herniated discs in my back so I couldn’t tolerate the massage chair very long. Donna helped me to another chair and sat on the floor to finish my pedicure. Honestly I was embarrassed but she made me feel calm and like it was no big deal and they do that everyday. Absolutely top notch customer service! I can’t wait to go back once my back is healed. I can’t say enough great things about this nail salon! They are the nicest, cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. I have herniated discs in my back so I couldn’t tolerate the massage chair very long. Donna helped me to another chair and sat on the floor to finish my pedicure. Honestly I was embarrassed but she made me feel calm and like it was no big deal and they do that everyday. So I made an appointment online through the Facebook chat and I got set up with brandee! She’s amazing y’all! She was so amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better person. She really went above and beyond! And she made my nails look Amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on them. I told her do what you want I really don’t mind. Im far from picky. Went to get my nails done. I haven’t had my nails done in years figured what the hey right? So I made an appointment online through the Facebook chat and I got set up with brandee! She’s amazing y’all! She was so amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better person. She really went above and beyond! And she made my nails look Amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on them.
