Sciatic pain is so common in today’s world. I have seen these issues over and over in my practice and I am passionate about helping my clients find relief from pain. Each service is customized to help the client achieve the goals they want in that massage. My aim is to use massage as a tool to bring the body back into balance and help people build at home strategies to continue healing. I’m a NYS licensed and registered massage therapist. I’ve spent five+ years in the spa industry and am now focusing on my private practice.

Crystal was very professional, skilled and accommodating as I have some medical issues that make massage particularly challenging. I typically have difficulty relaxing and I didn’t have this problem with her. In fact…I may have caught myself snoring a time or two needless to say, I left very relaxed and rejuvenated! I went to Crystal for my first massage- from the moment I walked in I felt at ease. She keeps the room warm and the ambience is so relaxing. She answered all my questions and communicated with me when I expressed concern. She was so welcome, and was able to find the root of my pain within minutes of starting the massage. I live with chronic pain in my hips and shoulder and she was able to relieve me of it and I am so grateful. Will be booking regular appointments her- I am so happy I found her!

Today I had my very first professional massage. Entering the space, I immediately felt at ease (I was a little anxious about the appointment). Crystal already knew this through my intake form. She was welcoming and understanding about this. She asked some questions, I answered, and then I prepared for my first full body deep tissue massage. It was wonderful. She knew exactly what areas needed extra attention and ending the session was not at all uncomfortable (I was uncertain how that would go). I asked some questions at the end of the session and she answered them completely. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Crystal for your massage needs. I’ll definitely be going back to her.

Crystal was amazing. From the moment you walked in there was an air of peace! She talked just the right amount and knew how to make you feel comfortable. She worked extra hard on my bad shoulder and today I am almost pain free!!! Crystal was a true miracle worker and I cannot wait to book my next session!
