My daughter had an appointment for a frontal touch up at 2:30pm with Meg. I dropped her off at 2:15pm. My daughter’s hair did not start until 5:15pm when I went back there. I asked why her hair wasn’t done as yet if she had an appointment, I was upset but kept calm. The receptionist was very apologetic and tried to communicate with Meg the importance of my daughter’s hair being done on time as she had to be at work for 6pm. Not once did Meg even come to the front to speak to me as a paying customer, instead she stayed in the back and asked if my daughter wanted her lace to go and she could ‘skip’ ahead of whoever else was waiting she would just have to pay. I understand that things happen and that appointments are not always kept to the minute or hour. However, the way it was dealt with by Meg is totally unprofessional. She charges a late fee if a customer is late for their appointment. I’m not saying she should pay her a customer a fee if she is running behind but atleast have the professional courtesy to respect her client’s time and learn how to communicate with paying customers in a respectful and professional manner.
