From the top of my head down to the bottom of my feet, Alex manipulates and massages all the stress from my body and I leave each session feeling completely relaxed and totally rejuenated. Recently I was working in my garden with heavy bags of mulch and I managed to put my back out. Four days later at my next scheduled massage and still in a lot of pain I explained my problem to Alex and he went to work, focusing on my lower back in an effort to realign it and relieve the pain.
