My first visit for a gel polish was somewhat disappointing, so I did not want to come back to this place. However, after the original review I received a call from the salon and Faith clarified that my experience was not up to their standards. She also offered me a free mani correction. And indeed it was great, nails look good, the whole experience was good! Not sure what happened the first time – an unfortunate outlier I guess, but the second visit was totally satisfying, will be back to this place for sure.

I had the best pedicure!! Perfect and my nails came out amazing. I also had a manicure that was great too! I brought in a picture and Autumn got it spot on!! I will definitely be going back!!

Best manicure I’ve ever had. Long-lasting and professionally done, Hands Down is a comfortable and fun place to be pampered. Lots of nail colors available, good cleaning practices evident and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back.
