This place is horrible. She did a loust job doing a pedicure. She wouldn’t even get the skin off my heels. She said I should do that at home. Now I have a fungus on my big toenail. She complained the whole time I was there. I will never go there again.

The only reason I feel this is important is because what me and my mom have experienced was pure meanness. My mom has Alzheimer’s and we’ve used this establishment twice a as , I’ve explained it to them and they said ok no problem . Last two times we came we were greeted with oh I don’t have many ppl to work today sorry. It would have been an acceptable excuse BUT the first incident was just opening , you had no idea what I needed and didn’t offer a scheduling time like every other nail salon . Second Incident , it’s an odd Wednesday . I haven’t even told you what service I need , I watch one worker leave the store after he spoke to you and saw me trying to get my mom out the car. We definelty have no problem being turned away, just have the balls to say it’s because you can’t handle a patron with disabilities . You’re a disappointing establishment . No star .

I am in VA visiting from San Diego and needed a gel fill. I walked in and Tom did an excellent job! The salon was gorgeous and kept so nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I am am glad I found them. Would recommend !!

I hope its just me but I have attempted to walk in this shop more than 5 times and have been turned away even after calling to say I am on the way and if they can seat me.. maybe its a blessing looking at these reviews well I found a place !!

Tony did my hot stone pedicure and I tell you what…. It was the best pedicure I have ever had ! This place is beautiful, the customer service is awesome and the quality of the service is amazing !Even treats for the customers! My daughter and I have found our new salon ! Thank you !

I got my acrylic pedicure here.. the guy who did it barely listened to the shape i wanted and ended up giving me an circle shape instead of a more pointy one like i asked for… didnt want to clean my cuticles like i asked for 5 times and eventually i demanded it and he finally did it while saying that i dont have any, yet a lot came out.. the job isnt clean at all.. and even after I requested him to fix it he didnt. A week later (today) and one of the nails came completely off. Not going back.. price is okay but not worth it…

DEFINITELY will never go back to this place to get my nails done. Walked in asked for SNS Powder on my nails with French Manicure. Tech did a horrible job; filed my natural nails down 1/2 inches to her liken and gave me an American Manicure instead of French Manicure. When I initially asked her about brand of powder she was using, she said “This brand better”. Went on to tell me about how much money they had lost because they didn’t have enough techs. The entire time I kept saying this is not looking like a French Manicure. Tech told me this is how all their French Manicures look. In the end I was disappointed in the nail job the Tech did. Two of my nails look like I need a fill-in and my nails are only 1 day old. She messed my skin up around my nails with the drill and all the extra filing. Worst experience ever and then charged me over $50. Mind you these were my own nails with no tips or anything. Will NEVER go back to this place. HORRIBLE experience!!!

Arrived and had to wait (odd since only one other customer was there waiting also). Kelly came out and asked if I was the gift certificate.
