I have been to hand and stone a few times now, and I’ve always had a great experience! It’s clean and well maintained visually, and the hospitality from the moment you walk is is very professional and welcoming. I’ve gotten a few massages from Chastity and Kip and they were amazing! The hot stone massage has become a personal favorite, and will definitely be getting one again!

I bought a gift card for 2 hours worth of services as a gift for another. The person had to give their own credit card information to schedule anything despite the fact that they had entered her information in their system accompanied with the gift card when I walked in and purchased it. VERY disappointed with the company policy and staff service on this one. What’s the point of prepayment of services as a gift if the reception staff refuses to schedule anything unless they have access to the giftees money? This was supposed to be a gift of relaxation, not a way for Hand & Stone to get contact and bank information.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone Carmel Clay Terrace Spa and have a consistent wonderful experience there. Since the H&S opened in Zionsville and it being near to my home, I wanted to try this location. I got a Birthday Pak coupon which gave me an opportunity to book an appointment here while saving money. But when I called to schedule an appointment with my coupon, I met with strong resistance as if they were purposely trying for me not to use the coupon. When is asked the reasoning, there was none and the response was rude and disappointing. Giving them benefit of doubt as “it might be an isolated incident”, I tried calling them again but same response no dates and appoint appointments were available for me somehow before my coupon expired. And when I said that means I will not be able to use the coupon as it expires on 31st, the lady said yes you will not be able to use it here and slammed the phone. Poor customer service with no greetings or thank you or byes. I would keep my membership at clay terrace and just like this H&S Zionsville lost their business from me where I spend for at least 2 deep tissue massages every month.

From the moment you walk in the staff is very friendly and made the check-in process very easy. Kayleigh was super helpful in assisting me with filling out the required health forms and offered me some water while I waited for my facial (I showed up early). Not too much longer, my Esthetician, Margaret came out and walked me back to the room where there was relaxing music playing, and a table/bed that was HEATED!! Margaret took her time and explaining everything to me as this was my first facial, made me feel very comfortable, and was very professional. The facial itself was soooo relaxing and I’m pretty for sure I feel asleep a few times. The products Hand & Stone use are top notch, and don’t leave you feeling oily and greasy. Again this was my first facial and I thoroughly enjoyed it and left feeling super relaxed and recharged. If you haven’t done so recently, TREAT YOURSELF, and this is the perfect place to do it.

Went for a grand opening event and wow! Is this place gorgeous!!! From the minute you walk in, tranquility takes over you. It is clean and crisp with beautiful blues. The staff was super helpful and explained how everything is customizable – bed warmth, music level, lights. The esthetician for my facial was extremely knowledgable. She was thorough in checking in with my skin concerns, my wants, and the services she was providing. I was so comfortable! Pretty much fell asleep on the table… When I left, my skin was clean and youthful!!
