I never had a facial before and both Michaella and Ellise do an amazing job with personalizing your session to benefit you. I visited today for my first ever facial and massage, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Michaella came out front and introduced herself and walked me back to start my facial. She was so personable and walked me through each step of the process and made sure to explain which products she was using on my skin, and why. My skin is glowing and feels so refreshed. I then had a great massage from Laurie, who was very attentive and took ALL of the tension out of my neck and shoulders. Five star treatment! Thank you, Michaella and Laurie!

My experience with this location has been excellent since I first called to schedule an appointment. I didn’t commit to a membership right away, but I’m so glad I did eventually. The staff at the receptionist desk are so welcoming and attentive. My massages and facial were relaxing and effective and the staff—again—so professional, compassionate and super personable. When I had a recent emergency and had to reschedule my appointment, they were receptive to my situation and worked with me to find a solution. This is a long, gushing review, but when you find a place that provides a real respite it’s hard not to!

I had my first ever massage and facial experience. I couldn’t have picked a better place! It is breathtakingly gorgeous. My massage therapist was amazing! She took all the stress pain in my neck and shoulders away. My esthetician was the most personable and delightful person. She explained every product, and how it benefits my skin. My face felt amazing for DAYS after! I will definitely be going back.

I wanted to like this place, but the negatives outweigh the positives. The reception area and quiet waiting room were nicely decorated and relaxing, both with fountains. The massage room itself was very plain, which was very different than other spas I have been to. The table and linens were very comfortable. The massage therapist (Alex, I believe) seemed to be rushing through my hour appointment, to the point of almost being rough adjusting the sheets and leg bolster. I understand leaving allowances for undressing/dressing, but ten minutes both before and after is unheard of – my massage was forty minutes at best. The receptionist who was very friendly in greeting me was exceedingly pushy in trying to get me to purchase a package and book my next service. I won’t be returning based on this experience.

I am so angry and feel very taken advantage of. I signed up for the 69 a month only to find out the next time I went it’s actually 89 for a deep tissue massage with membership. I asked for 1.5 hours massage and was only in there 60mins. When I asked to cancel the woman behind the counter told me to my face just call at the beginning of the month. So I did and the woman said that is fine you called on time before you were billed I just have to have a manager call you back but you won’t be billed. I was just billed I called and the manager said you have to read the fine print it’s a 30 days notice. Then why was I told twice, no 3 times that I only had to call the beginning of the month? I feel robbed and wronged and no one is trying to make it right. Save your money and go elsewhere.
