I recently got a massage and it was great. I’m glad to be a member but am a bit disappointed that I have not been called or sent gift card yet. I was told that I would receive it on the same day of my first appt 11/22 then on that day was told that I would be called to pick it up. Aside from that, the massage was great.

Massage ended 10 minutes early. I thought it was because I had a facial scheduled at 4 and they needed to stay on schedule. However, at 4:20 I was still waiting. I had an appointment at 5:30 and could not wait any longer. The receptionist actually tried to charge me for the facial. I doubt they would honor an appointment if the client arrived 20 minutes late.

EDIT: Melissa left this location so I I tried to cancel my membership in July after spending close to $1K in services and products… and have had a nightmare with the cancellation process. This location truly needs some help from corporate in the customer service and management department. It’s months later and I was charged the monthly $69.95. Management here has been avoiding phone calls and seems as though they’re trying to dodge the situation all together. Luckily, the manager refunded me (we’ll see if it actually goes through) but this should have never been a 3-month debacle. To anyone who decides to get a membership here, be prepared for a headache and a half when you decide to cancel your membership down the road.
