Pretty enough lobby and nice receptionist. Therapist was running late, so I lost time out of the “hour.” She was a bit too gentle, but to be fair I had been told she only did relaxation massages. It baffles me why massage places charge high prices — even for last-minute deals — and expect a 20% tip on top of that. Do you not pay your staff? I miss Japan where people are paid fairly, the price of services includes that, and no tips are expected on top of the price. And the kicker — having someone in this sort of close interaction position (especially who specializes in working with pregnant women!) who has not been vaccinated for Covid is simply appalling.

This was the most mediocre massage ever. My husband and i scheduled a couples hour massage… the massage at most was 40 minutes, i questioned the lady at the front desk and she said “hour massages are 50 minutes of hand time”, yeah it wasn’t close to that. My husband had a lady that kept breathing heavy (could have been that she couldn’t breathe with her mask on) and my guy kept picking up his motions, it wasn’t a flow transition to anything. So we paid $65 a piece for a 40 minute below average massage. Won’t be back.

Had 1 hour “Swedish, firm” massage with Brittany today. I requested she please apply more pressure- but she did not. It was nothing but frustrating. Therapist did not seem trained, or familiar with basic anatomy.I have requested a refund.
