I took my Fiance here for a hot stone massage as a birthday gift and also got a facial for myself with Alexa. It was my first time getting a facial but i tell you it won’t be my last, Alexa hands were so soft like butter she took her time and went through explaining every product that she used on my face. she also massaged my face and neck it felt so soothing that i fell asleep. My fiance had a massage with Ally and he said it was the best massage he’s ever had, his legs and feet get sore from work so he wanted to focus on those areas and she did a great job.

Had an awesome experience with Sandra. She checked in with me throughout my appointment to make sure that I was feeling good, took the notes on my form and used them during the session, and she even offered me water afterwards. I’ve had great experiences with other ladies here, but Sandra stuck out to me. If you’re new to massage appointments or just shy when you go (nervous to communicate preferences to your massage therapist), I would recommend that you ask for Sandra—it’s great to be asked how you’re doing/feeling.

I wanted a facial and somehow I was booked for a massage. I came on time but there was only one person at reception and they were busy with a customer. They gave me paperwork and I sat and started filling it out. 12 minutes later I was told that this was my fault and that my “massage” was going to be cut short. At that point, I said I wasn’t there for a massage and I was hit with “late cancellation” rules. I went through with my short massage – because I was going to be billed anyway and was asked if I wanted to “tip” when I came out.

I had my facial with Anne a few months back and she was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable about skincare and acknowledged all the concerns I had about my face. She was extremely gentle the entire time, I even fell asleep during the mini facial massage lol. My skin was glowing afterwards and not to mention she’s so friendly and welcoming! Alexa is by far the best esthetician I have come across. When I started my facials with Alexa my skin was so dehydrated, unbalanced and had hyperpigmentation from many acne scars. Today my skin is beautifully toned and for the most part acne free. People today ask me what have you been doing differently your skin looks great! I tell them it’s my esthetician she is awesome.

Just OK. I was hoping for better communication about add-on prices ( I saw one thing on the flyer but was charged more, not a big deal but it would have been helpful to know) and I was interested in the membership or finding out more about the place as it was my first time, but it was mostly one-word sentences at front desk. Massage was good, nothing to rave about, but it met expectations.
