I was a new customer as I usually go to New serenity spa. I had Manny as my therapist who was absolutely amazing, I wish I would have booked longer. My experience with this company was not good. Trying to relax, loud commotion is coming from other therapists employees. My therapist had to turn the music up so it would block it out, unprofessional. Another Down side is, they don’t have warm oil options, they don’t greet you with water once you leave the room and the music has weird 3-5 sec pauses till next song which throws your relaxation off. Would only come back if I’m in desperate need of a massage.

Pretty disappointed in the service at this location. I booked the massage with a gift card that was given to me, I asked for a introductory package before my massage and was told that was fine, went through the massage that wasn’t bad and then after was told that I couldn’t use the introductory package because I was using a gift card??? So my 79$ massage ended up being 130$ they instructed that because I was using the gift card at a different location than it was purchased I could go back to the original location for the intro package. After paying I called the original location the GIFT was bought from and was told I couldn’t use an introductory package because I had already been to the location in Anthem ♀️….. what was supposed to be a relaxing massage and facial was ruined by the service of this establishment.

I’ve been to this location a few times and every time I’ve had a very good experience. The massage therapists are good at asking the right questions and following directions as they change throughout the massage. The front desk folk are very kind and listen intently to your requests. The whole of this location is very clean looking and calming. I will absolutely continue coming here.
