Pretty disappointed with this experience. The massage itself was good — Jamaal is great at his craft, very strong, deep tissue massage. However, when trying to sell me on a membership, Nicole at the front desk told me I was not allowed to use the rest of my gift card on products. Weird because the email I got said it could be used for services or products. She said they’ve been “needing to change that.” Ive never even heard of that. How can a business only accept money for services but not the products? Anyway, my best friend got me this gift card as a mothers day present… I’ll never come back here and I’ll tell my friend to never gift this to someone ever again.

This previous Sunday I got a facial at this location with Sami. I can not praise her enough for how well she did. I could tell she was incredibly thorough and actually paid attention to my skin personally, rather than just going through the motions. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does by her attention to detail. I 100% recommend Sami if you are getting any facial service, she is the best esthetician I have ever had!

Very unprofessional, no follow through with manager when there is a problem to deal with. Would not recommend signing up with Hand and Stone. The last 3 appointments I made were cancelled by Hand and Stone the day before because of various reasons having to do with therapist availability, and now they will not honor my packages because my contract expired.

I’ve been coming to H&S – Colorado Mills to see Kyle now for about 5 sessions. I’ve developed relationships with a lot of different massage therapists throughout my life (I’m 35) given I’ve moved a few times for my job. Of everyone I’ve met Kyle is far and away the best. Pretty unique combination of incredible skills from a pure massage perspective coupled with a willingness to really dig in (hehe) to understand what is going on in my life in order for him to truly uncover the sources of what is manifesting in my body. I very much look forward to going to see him every week or so and I consider myself extremely lucky to have met him. In summary, a great masseuse who really takes the time to develop a wholistic understanding of my situation coupled with an upbeat and positive outlook that makes my appointments a high point in my week. I consider Kyle a crucial part of my support network at this point and I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to work with him. Highly recommended to anyone who values quality work — just don’t fill up his calendar so I can still get my weekly appointments! Namaste.

Most massage therapist do a good job, I have had a few that’s not so great or just feels like they are rushing through it. My husband and I have been members for a few years now but it’s really hard to schedule since Covid, we have to schedule weeks in advance.

I chose this place because they claim to offer prenatal massage. When I arrived, my practitioner claimed he didn’t know it was a prenatal massage. They are not equipped or trained to offer prenatal massages at this facility. You will be expected to lay on your side so that your bottom arm falls asleep. Due to improper alignment of the spine the massage was not effective. I was also asked to lie flat on my back, contraindicated during pregnancy. Due to the false advertising of a prenatal massage I wasted money here. I will not be returning, due to this dishonesty and disregard for safety. If you are expecting, look elsewhere.
