I strongly do not recommend joining their monthly club membership. I joined for $81 a month. I booked my first appointment. I showed up for my first appointment to find out that they booked my appointment at another location across town. I had no idea! I work a tight schedule and could not drive over to the other location to have the massage. Nor would I have ever booked an appointment at that location in the first place. I communicated this situation with both locations, but they would not take responsibility for it. They would not refund my $81 or allow me to book another appointment without paying another $81 for it. I cancelled my membership and their contract again communicated that they will not refund the $81. Terrible customer service!!! My advice to you is that when you call, make sure their phone system does NOT forward you to another location. Because that is what happened to me. My membership was with the Colorado Mills mall location. But when I called, their phone system forwarded me to the Balmar location. I had no idea!!! The Balmar location booked my appointment without explaining to me that they were the Balmar location… They did not state anything like… “Do you know that you are speaking with the Balmar location? Do you know that your phone call was forwarded to us because no one at Colorado Mills picked up the phone? Had they explained this, I would not have booked the appointment at Balmar. I would have booked it another time at the Colorado Mills location. It’s too bad they weren’t willing to work with me. I also heard that it’s really hard to make an appointment… They sell more memberships then they have time to give messages. So lots of members pay $81 a month for no service. Great way to make money, I suppose.

His gift card was for an hour and half and only received a massage for 50 minutes it was extremely poor quality. Not to mention they did NOT give him the hot stone massage that I purchased. Positive: Professionalism, QualityHands down the best massage I’ve ever had. It may have just been good luck I was paired with Casey on my first visit, but man am I ever grateful. Casey is my go-to guy. He is amazing and I feel amazing after every massage. The whole staff I have found to be wonderful, professional yet personable, attentive and friendly. I’ve had lovely conversations with Sky and I think a girl named Teresa, I feel so terrible I can’t remember her name. The manager was delightful yeah, every time I call they’re so wonderful. Professional service and a great massage. No matter which provider you choose you won’t go wrong. When I first started going I had terrible leg/foot pain from standing all day at work that I could barely walk at the end of the day and I also get horrible muscle tension build-ups in my neck and shoulders that cause constant headaches if you have similar issues you know what I am talking about, but after some regular visits here I no longer feel the need to crawl around after work due to my leg pains and my headaches have become maneable. I highly recommend this group if you are searching for some much needed pain relief, relaxation, and maybe just an hour to destress.
