Excellent care by each of the providers I have seen for my facials. My most recent facial was with Amber and she took time to evaluate my skin and provided recommendations about what type of facial to have. She also recommended products without being “pushy.” I felt well cared for and very relaxed.

The massages were good but only if you can get in. I scheduled an appointment in August. My appointment was canceled 2 hours before the appointment time. They were to call me at the weekend if something opened up. No call. I called the next week and the next available was September. Fine. They canceled a few days before…now I can only get in at the end of October. Today they canceled again and now I am at November 29th. Oh, and the manager will call me back in the next day or two. The kicker is, I already paid for this service. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Purchased my daughter a facial for her birthday. We were scheduled for an hour and 15 minutes. It didn’t start for 15-20 minutes and ended 21 minutes before the end time. I understand time is scheduled for consultation and dressing, but that seemed excessive. Paperwork could have been sent prior to appointment to save time. There were also a lot of pauses to retrieve things and refill the steamer. It felt rushed and was just not relaxing. There’s no way I would pay full asking price for this service.

BEWARE – If you book a 90 minutes massage they take 2 – one hour credits, essentially STEALING 30 minutes (~$40) from you. They will cancel your appointments with no notification until you try to show up and then tell you the next available appointments is weeks if not a month out. If it wasn’t for the quality of the therapist, I would never go back

I have had a good experience until today. I come in (approximately) once a month for facial waxing. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago and received calls/texts – multiple times to change appointment times. I was late for my appointment (my fault) and the technician was so rude that I walked out of the appointment and will never return to this location. Considering how many times they rescheduled me, her attitude was unprofessional – condescending. I was not going to have her touching my face.

I have 33 packages, so I’m clearly not going to catch up but am told if I cancel I have to use my packages in 90 days or I lose my money. No exceptions because it’s “our policy”. Lol Regardless of where you live in the country you have to deal with your sign up location, I happen to live in a small town where appointments book out like 6 months, so it’ll take me to retirement to catch up, but I guess then I’d have more time.

Unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer at the end of August and Derek is certified to help customers with the conditions I have so he was very attentive and listened to my needs even though there are certain parts of my body that would be considered part of a normal massage it would hurt to much and eliminate the overall positive affects a massage can have on someone. Derek was very effective and did a quality job and was able to relieve a lot of tension I was feeling from the day.
