Overall I like the services and the staff. There was a short lived staff member that hyper pigmented or scared my forehead. That person is no longer there, but still. What was the vetting process? I had a nice experience, all the front staff was very nice and friendly. The only reason I took off stars was from hearing the negatives about my skin throughout the time I was there and was convinced to add more onto my appointment that I didn’t schedule, making it more expensive when leaving. I understand my skin isn’t perfect, and there’s always room for improvement, but it was a little jarring to hear negatives repeatedly when trying to relax and then convinced I need more to help with some pretty minor skin blemishes.
