Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Critical: CommunicationThe massage was very well done and the lady was extremely nice. However I am being charged at random time from them now. I got a $1 dollar charge a week ago and last night i was charged $25 and some change. After the $1 charge I asked them to cancel whatever they were charging me for and then last night I get a $25 charge to my account. I’ve only been there once and now I get random charges to my account. Pay in cash is all I can say. I’ve called them twice now nothing has changed. I will get refunded the amount. It’s not about the money, but them randomly charging my account whenever they feel with my card information. The massage was very well done and the lady was extremely nice. However I am being charged at random time from them now. I called a few days earlier and quickly made an appointment that worked great with my schedule. They sent over a couple of forms via email for me to fill out prior to the visit, this way i would save time. The day of the visit, i was warmly greeted and did not have to wait long at all. Great massage and pleasant visit with the staff. I would definitely return and refer family and friends. I visited Hand & Stone Massage spa in Shorewood for the first time this past Friday and wanted to share about my experience. I called a few days earlier and quickly made an appointment that worked great with my schedule. Very easy to utilize their website to book online and fill out all documents for appointment online. Very clean, was the only client in the waiting area & everyone wore their masks, the entire time. Very great at communicating my appointment via email and phone call! Very easy to utilize their website to book online and fill out all documents for appointment online. Very clean, was the only client in the waiting area & everyone wore their masks, the entire time. I felt very safe getting my massage during this pandemic! As you walk through the front door you are greeted with a modern front area.The staff was very courteous and professional.I had Victoria for my facial, she was friendly and knowledgeable. We upgraded my facial to use only Clarity RX products. The products smelled great and felt great.After my facial, I had Michelle, for my massage. I like deeper pressure and she delivered. She gave me a full body massage. I had a lot of trouble spots and she got to them all. I’m a talkative person but when I was relaxing both ladies were quiet.I will definitely be returning here for services again.This was my first time with Hand and Stone Massage.
