This was the best massage of my life!! If you let any Google review influence your decision to go somewhere, let it be this one. I came in with a gift card and no real intention to schedule again, and left with a full on monthly membership because the experience was so amazing! I got a hot stone massage with Lily, and it was a godsend for me as active young mom. I honestly haven’t felt so relaxed in years. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and pampered. I literally almost teared up after the massage when I got dressed and opened the door to find Lily holding a glass of cold water for me on my way out. The reception staff was also super helpful and informative without being forward or sales-y. I even got a call from the manager to welcome me to the spa after signing up for my membership. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!

It was amazing, she focused on my feet without asking while using the hot stone and it was fantastic. She kept the pressure at what I requested (medium), and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Tabatha was incredible!!!! I suffer from a lot of pain in lower back and sciatic issues along with plantar fasciitis. I had two different releases during just a 50 minute session. She listened with intent, and my lower back and glutes are now engaging and are not stiff (which I constantly deal with on a day to day basis). I am running a 5K on this Sunday, and I feel like a brand new runner. I had a lot of pain before the massage and within 24 hours, I feel as if I am prepared to compete with an incredible amount of confidence without taking pain medication. She used a combination of hot stones, trigger release and cupping. If you are looking for a great therapist to increase mobility and have specific focus on parts of your body, she is beyond all 6 of the other therapists at other locations that have over 20 years of experience. By far, she has been the best massage therapist that I have found to help me with soundness in my gait and hopefully, I will see improvement in my ability to perform after implementing her massages!!!

If I could leave zero stars it would be just that. First let me start off by stating that I originally thought it would be a great experience bc the person who I booked with was very pleasant and had understood that I just needed to relax bc I had just buried my father, so fast forward today me and my husband come in for our first time and do the couples massage to which I was told prior to coming that it would be $128 well we were charged $172 dollars which isn’t ok especially bc the front desk help Lacey was very VERY VERY rude. She was disrespectful and dismissive and when I asked her to finish helping us bc we were in front her she stated she needed to help the other customers and she sorry I feel that way. I will NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!I was supposed to leave relaxed refreshed and restored but instead I left uptight stressed and disappointed. That’s the nicest thing I could say

I went to the grand opening and received a massage. It was an incredible experience. Actually the best massage I’ve received in the city. I ended up purchasing a membership and I’m looking forward to many more to come. The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. They did everything in their power to make this an upscale experience. Looking forward to being back and trying their other services such as their facials.

I had bought my mother and aunt 1 hour massage gift cards for Mother’s Day. They went on separate days and my aunt overall had a good experience. When my mother went to get her massage she was charged an additional 15 dollars for the same experience my aunt received and what I had already payed for. On top of this the lady that was checking her out was being rude about it. My mom is not a confrontational person so she payed, but the whole point of me purchasing the massage’s was so they wouldn’t. For that reason I will not be giving my business to this establishment.
