Had a great massage and added contrast therapy and scalp massage. Therapist made sure to check pressure and explain that contrast therapy was hot and cold stones so there was no surprise when she placed the cold stones on me. She let me guide the amount of conversation and only spoke when I said something first. Many of the places I have gone, the therapist talks the whole time and it doesn’t allow for complete relaxation. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in the door and with lots of water after I felt completely refreshed.

I went in for a Swedish massage with Joyce today. I can say I’ve had pretty good massages, but never one like I had today. Joyce is the absolute best and I would totally come back just to have her. She is so knowledgeable, cared about knowing and meeting my needs, and made the experience totally personal to me. She hit all the spots and I’ve never felt more relief after a massage. Thank you, Joyce!

I’ve been to Hand and Stone twice now for massages and loved both visits! Chris Brooks and James both give wonderful massages and make you feel very comfortable. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. As a healthcare provider who is on my feet all day long, Hand and Stone’s monthly membership makes it easy to make massages a consistent part of my life.

It was my first time coming here and seemed to be the most reasonable price for a facial for my first experience it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing. I went in for a classic facial and also ended up getting a chemical peel and LED for an up charge of $80. I felt like the facial could have been better for the price I ended up paying. Also the girl at the front could have been a little more welcoming. We asked if we could take one of the product brochures and she said they were just for display. That’s weird! Why would you have product brochures just for display ?

I’ve been a member for years. I always leave great tips and the one time I need to cancel they decide they cannot waive it one time for me. I am cancelling my monthly subscription. The manager wouldn’t even speak with me on the phone. Almost every Aesthetician sucks other than Jerrica who is amazing. Unfortunately, they will be losing my business.

I have attempted 3 times now to get a prenatal massage with Hand & Stone and have still yet to receive it. I scheduled my first appt, arrived and was told they did not have parental therapist at Port Orange location and I would have to reschedule in Daytona for a week later. I arrive at my second appt to be told they cannot massage me at all until I am out of my first trimester. I respect the rules but it would have been nice to know beforehand. So I reschedule again and wait 6 weeks for my next appt, only to be told they do not have me scheduled at all today or for any appts in the future. I still have my appt card from Hand & Stone, with the date, time, and therapist I was supposed to see today. I understand that mistakes just happen as I am in this business as well but if I did this to one my clients, I would never stand a chance to gain their business. I have prepaid through hand and stone subscription already as well so it’s frustrating to have checked all the boxes and still not get an appt. This is my first bad google review. My first google review period actually. I do not like putting business down but please be aware of this before scheduling at ANY Hand & Stone location.
